Returns & Exchanges

For all items except Wildlife Nesting Boxes:  

If your item is faulty, has arrived damaged, or there is an error with your order, please let us know by email or phone and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of postage for both return & reposting. 
 
In the event of a change of mind, we can arrange an exchange or refund, however in this instance the postage charge for both return and reposting will be at your cost. Clothing must be clean and unworn to be eligible for exchange or refund. 

All claims for exchange or return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

For Wildlife Nesting Boxes: 

The Wildlife Nesting Boxes are handmade to order and as such there may be slight variations in the wood and finish of the boxes. 

For order cancellations and refunds on wildlife boxes prior to pick up, requests must be made within 14 days of placing the order by emailing wildlifeboxes@wildlifevictoria.org.au. 

  

Refunds or replacements after pick up:

Refunds or replacements will only be made on faulty or damaged boxes, or where there is an error in your order. To request a refund for already-collected wildlife boxes, please email wildlifeboxes@wildlifevictoria.org.au within 14 days of pick up. Alternatively, customers may request a replacement by contacting the Men’s Shed directly. 
 
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 
 
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
