Returns & Exchanges

If your item is faulty, has arrived damaged, or there is an error with your order, please let us know by email or phone and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of postage for both return & reposting.

Unworn clothing may be exchanged or returned for refund. In this instance the postage charge for both return and reposting will be at your cost.

All claims for exchange or return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
