Shipping

For delivery within Australia we charge $10 for standard orders. Postage may increase to $12 if you order multiple items. 

Our orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post service and are issued a tracking number which will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders are dispatched from Wildlife Victoria offices within 5 business days. Once dispatched from Wildlife Victoria, delivery should be expected in 5 or more business days after posting, depending on your location. Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your order. See below for Australia Post delivery estimations.

Shipping times for standard post are estimated at 3 - 8 days. Shipping times may vary depending on your State.

 We use compostable packaging to ship our orders.
